Best Cleansing Oil

The Caudalie Vinoclean Make-up Removing Cleansing Oil is the best cleansing oil I have ever used. I always wear full-coverage makeup so I need something that is going to help me take all of the makeup off and this cleansing oil does it so well. You don't need to use a lot. I put some on my hands and add a drop of water to it and massage it over my face, neck and even my eyes to break up the makeup. After I do that, I use my normal facial cleanser to clean my skin. The cleansing oil is just for breaking down makeup and sunscreen on your face while you still need your normal facial cleanser afterwards to clean your skin. By using the oil, I am able to use less of my normal facial cleanser. The cleansing oil is just the first part of the double cleansing method. I have sensitive skin and all of the Caudalie products work well for me. This cleansing oil is great for sensitive skin and it makes your skin feel so soft afterwards. I even like to rub it over my lips and it makes my lips feel amazing.

Very thick oil

This cleansing oil is really thick. I have trouble spreading it over the delicate areas of my face because I feel like I’m tugging even though I warms it between my hands first. It doesn’t dissolve my mascara easily, so I feel like I have to go over that area repeatedly. It has no scent, so those with fragrance issues will like that. I’ll finish this bottle and find a different oil.

My holy grail

This is a commonly repurchased item for me. It’s my favorite first cleanse. It has the lightest grape seed scent and works wonderfully to melt my makeup and sunscreen. I use one or two pumps on a bare face with sunscreen or 2 or 3 pumps with a full face of make up. I have tried other first cleanses that I also love but are SUPER pricey. In my experience there is no need to spend that on a first cleanse. And many other inexpensive ones leave a film and never fully emulsify even after my second cleanse. This is the perfect balance of a reasonable price and effectiveness. I’ve recommended it to make people. Don’t think just buy!

Unclogs blackheads

This cleansing oil is high in linoleic acid, which helps unclogs pores. I have seen a big difference in my pores. This is the main reason I tried this oil cleanser. It is a great cleanser for double cleansing. I have also used it by itself, though, and it does not leave a residue on the skin like some oil cleansers. I like that it is a pump. I will repurchase!

One of the best oil cleansers!

I have found this cleanser over 3 years ago when I was living in France. So many french women use Caudalie and for a good reason! The price, ingredients and results are all worth it! Look no further - best cleansing oil!

I use this every evening, and nothing cleans my skin better--whether I have just been wearing a tinted moisturizer or full make-up with mascara. Super gentle and doesn't take a lot of effort. I apply three pumps to dry skin, rub it on and massage it over my face and neck, and then add a few drops of cool water to emulsify. Then rinse. Perfect!
